Composition of the ATS report

  • 3 vertical stainless steel centrifugal pumps connected in parallel mounted on a common base frame
  • AISI 304 stainless steel hydraulic pump casing
  • AISI 304 stainless steel pump impeller
  • SiC/carbon/EPDM pump mechanical seal
  • control unit with frequency converter located on the electric motor as part of each pump
  • output for displaying instantaneous frequency or pressure 0-10V or 4-20mA
  • pressure vessel with membrane / rubber bag
  • stainless steel suction and discharge pipes
  • all-stainless steel manometer filled with glycerin
  • main switchboard – protection IP 65
  • shut-off valve with check valve on the suction side
  • shut-off valve on the discharge side
  • For sizes ATS PUMP SBI 5, 10, 15, 20, the corresponding number of pressure vessels is part of the delivery. In the mentioned variants, the pressure vessels are installed directly on the ATS discharge pipe.
