Product description

The SCALA1 system is designed to boost water pressure and at the same time manage and distribute rainwater. The SCALA1 system is suitable for use in domestic rainwater harvesting, floor cleaning systems and grey water applications.

Thesystem consists of the following components:

  • The SCALA1 self-priming pump.
  • Water tank
  • Supporting and mounting screws
  • Hydraulic hoses
  • Level sensor with 20 m cable.

System benefits:

  • The SCALA1 system favours the use of rainwater over mains water.
  • The system includes a back-up mains water source that is automatically activated based on the water level in the tank.
  • The connection between the integrated mains water tank and the suction pipe from the rainwater harvesting tank is closed by a built-in three-way valve.
  • The automatic setting can be cancelled and the mains water supply can be forced if necessary.
  • The installation of the SCALA1 system complies with EN1717. It ensures that mains water does not come into contact with the water in the rainwater harvesting tank, thus preventing contamination from backflowing into the mains.
  • The SCALA1 system can be connected via the SCALA1 pump to the Grundfos GO Remote mobile app.
