The pressure control unit (Presscontrol) starts and stops the pump based on detected data regarding water flow in the pipes, current water consumption, and pipe pressure. Presscontrol replaces traditional pump control systems consisting of a pressure tank, pressure switch, dry-run protection, check valve, cross-piece, etc. Typical applications include water supply systems and rainwater harvesting in single-family homes, apartment buildings, cottages, horticulture, gardening, and agriculture.

Features and Key Benefits

  • Adjustable start pressure – the unit is equipped with a rotary control that allows you to set the pump’s start pressure between 1.0 and 2.8 bar. Once set, the pump automatically turns on if the pressure in the pipe drops below the set value and turns off when the maximum pump pressure is reached (according to its parameters).
  • Integrated check valve
  • The unit protects the pumps from running dry
  • Plug & Play design – integrated socket for connecting the pump and a power plug for connecting to the electrical grid.
